My two little ones (4 and 2) made me so proud on the road.They loved every minute of the ride. We took the plane from Toronto which is about 5 hrs away from Mi and quite cheaper the tickets… or maybe i just got blessed. I paked everything i could think about for them, gum, snaks,video games,wipes, empty bottle of watter, change of clothes, headphones that will fit their head i also went to the dollar store and bought a whole bag of small toys like calculators, reading lights, coloring books, and everything i could think it will intrest them and paked them two of the same kind in individual ziploc bags so when i give them a toy they will not fight for it. At take off we start flying like Iron Man, they were soo cute. Once the airplane was int he air, i put them a few movies to watch and four hours later they finnaly fell asleep. We landed in London and meet my sisters and one of my brother for a coffee. They are all grown up, i can not even act like the big sister i am, mean who is going to listen to me when they are 25?? I have the coolest gang around and really proud of them. They are so much fun. I lost my flight, got stuck in Uk for about 11 hours and my boys took all this as an adventure and i barely was able to calm down and try to enjoy the “experience” with them. Good thing i packed enough snaks and toys to keep them busy.
I got to Bucharest at 12 midnight and everybody was exhausted but ohh how i missed my family. The reunion was like i was never gone. It felt like home. My moms is as loving as ever (well maybe a little more now that she has grandchildren) and her cooking is as amazing as i remember.
My local church is amazing and as welcoming as ever. I went yesterday and meet some of the ladies while they were cleaning the church and my pastor and his family. I really missed being here. The chuch is so beautiful, they remodeled everything. i can not wait to photograph my brothers wedding next week here. I have plenty of natural light and space. to work in.
I fell so blessed right now…God is really on my side. I have been debating if i should write this or not and i decided that i should write a few post about my traveling. I will be going to Romania for the next 8 weeks.
I go back exactly 7 years ago today and remember everything that happened. I have left Ro to come and work for the summer in AL. What an amazing experience was that for me, no it was not my first time out of the country, but it was my first time overseas and i was only 22 years old. I hugged my mother “Good bye” and i suppose to be back 5 months later. At the end of the five months i came visiting in Mi and i met my husband, we married and here i am 7 years later. I can not wait to see my family, when i left my little sister was 8 years old now she is 15….and the twins were 13 now they are 20. I might even miss seeing the little ones …. that now they are all grown up.
I have to leave Gabe behind for about 6 weeks and i am going to miss him….i can not wait to see you in Romania love.
I do not got the chance to do too many maternity session but i do enjoy them tremendously. I think the main reason is because for me photographing a woman is a blessing. To have the opportunity and the blessing to have all my lady clients to trust me soo much that they will allow me to photograph them and bring the inside on the outside during the session is just an amazing experience. Every woman who has been photographed by me knows that it is an unforgettable experience.
I have watched Tanya transforming from a young girl, when i photographed her wedding, to an absolutely stunning woman and mother to be. It is amazing…how we are transformed by what is happening in our lives and by the people we surround ourselves with. I wanted to offer her an experience that i hope she will not forget soon, because we as mothers forget so fast how beautiful we are and dedicate ourselves to our families so much that we get lost in everything. I feel so blessed be able to follow their family as their photographer throughout the years and be a tiny part in creating what are they going to be offering to their children and grandchildren as a family history in images.

out the session. She did an amazing job and i am blessed to be able to have her working with me. Thank you Simona!
i can not believe it that i did not blog this image. Seven sisters, welcoming their brother into the family. They were fantastic to photograph and so well behaved, almost made me wish they were all mine. Just kidding They were in the studio no more then 45 minutes, that includes getting the baby to sleep and changing the girls into the white clothing. Some dream clients, don’t you think?
When i took the Desert Rose Couture project i didn’t have any idea that is going to turn out such an amazing experience. Saying that i loved photographing commercial work does not even come close to how i felt. I felt like it was myself, a true artist at work and loving it. Amazing people joined in and made this work. First of all all the credit goes to my wonderful hubby who pulled double shift on taking care of our blessings. Let’s face it, it is quite hard to run a business like this and have a family (only a photographer would fully understand that ) and if you do not have an amazing supportive spouse like i have been blessed to have, you are forced to quit and can not fully make it because it take a long time until you actually are established. He is the best asset of my business and i thank God every day for him.
Let’s talk about Simona Vigh, the hair stylist: that girl knows hair and how to make it work and what i am looking for. If you guys want to hire her do not hesitate, you will not be sorry.
Then there is Elida Ticula that joined in for the bridal collection because she could not stand it staying at home editing and getting bored with a huge headache from not sleeping in the last 24 hrs while i have all the fun all by myself. She is an amazing wedding photographer , if you are getting married, she is your girl!
Last but not least there is our model. Wow isn’t she a beautiful girl? Her kindness can be read on her face.
A few weeks ago, while photographing an amazing family, Gabe being the amazing father he is took the boys into the woods. Now even if i am on the artistic side, do not confuse Gabe with anything that has to do with soft. He has be out in the woods, he really loves nature, and he loves snakes. He came home with just an image and a video that i am not going to post here, i am afraid some of you might get a little scared by it, but i did interrogate Erik the next morning about how they spend the afternoon with daddy. He is the most amazing kid around!!!
